工作职责:
1、通过电话访问,了解学员学习需求,给学员提供专业的课程介绍,邀约试听,上门了解详细课程,协助面咨顾问达成成交(资源由我们提供,且所有的资源都是专门一个部门同事精准筛选后真是有意向的资源)
2、面谈成交,约来学员,面谈沟通课程,职业规划;
3、邀约家长和学生到校参观了解,为客户设计符合需求的课程;
4、负责收集、整理、分析客户信息,日常客户服务,维护客户学员数据库;
Job responsibilities:
1. Through telephone interviews, understand the learning needs of students, provide students with professional course introductions, invite auditions, visit to understand detailed courses, and assist face-to-face consultants to reach deals (resources are provided by us, and all resources are really intentional resources after accurate screening by colleagues in a special department)
2. Interview deal, appointment with students, face-to-face communication courses, career planning;
3. Invite parents and students to visit the school to understand, and design courses that meet the needs of customers;
4. Responsible for collecting, collating and analyzing customer information, daily customer service, and maintaining customer student database;
任职要求:
1、21-26岁,大专以上学历,具备网络销售、电话销售、教育培训行业等工作经验者优先考虑;
2、工作积极主动,沟通能力强、有较强的服务意识;
3、热爱销售行业,有明确的目标,具有良好的自我个人管理、团队协作精神;
4、有敏锐的市场洞察力,有强烈的事业心、责任心和积极的工作态度,具备自我调节能力;
6、可接收应届毕业生;
7、男女不限,能适应旺季非周末调息;
